Before Enrolment

Prior to enrolment, it is mandatory that students attend a pre-enrolment consultation session with one of our approved education agents or one of our delegated Brooklyn staff.

Pre-enrolment sessions are designed to help students make informed decisions that reflect their existing skills and competencies, meet their individual needs, and ensure they understand all aspects of the training before enrolment.

Students may contact their Brooklyn approved education agent or one of our dedicated Sales Team members to schedule a pre-enrolment consultation session.

Prior to enrolment, it is mandatory that students Prior to enrolment, all prospective students are required to complete a compulsory Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) assessment.

This assessment is completed as part of the pre-enrolment process through the LLND Portal – http://myllnd.com/login/.

The LLND assessment helps identify whether a student may need additional support during their studies and ensures they are placed in a course that is appropriate for their skill level.

We facilitate face-to-face and online orientation sessions.

It is important that students check their email for an orientation invitation and complete the sign-up for our new students.

If you can’t start on your scheduled date, you can join the next intake.

Students under 18 have 14 days, and all other students have 30 days from their proposed start date to begin. If exceptional circumstances prevent this, contact [email protected] for assistance.

After Enrolment

Your Student ID is part of your official college email and is used in all communications with you.

After attending orientation, you will receive a digital student ID card. If you do not receive your ID, please contact our student support team for assistance at [email protected]

If you have not yet completed your sign up and orientation yet, please kindly do so first by responding to the Orientation Invitation email sent by Brooklyn Student Support and attaching the required documents.

If you are a new student who has just completed sign-up and orientation, please allow a couple of business days for our friendly Course Coordinators to provide the class details to you!

For international students on a student visa, no more than 1/3rd of the total course can be delivered online or by distance learning.

Each study period must include at least one unit that is not delivered online, except for the student’s final unit. 

Please note that all ELICOS classes and practical training and assessment components must be completed fate-to-face.

International students are required to do this within 7 days to meet visa conditions. Keeping your details current ensures the college can contact you about your course or in an emergency.

Yes, you can. Please kindly send through a copy of your Statement of Attainment, transcript and/or Certificate to [email protected] for assessment.

Yes. To change your course, the new qualification must be at the same or higher AQF level, you must have completed 6 months of your principal course, and you must inform your provider.

Please fill in the Change of Qualification form and send it to [email protected] for review or viist our student digital forms online link on our website.

Please note that it is subject to the availability of the course and capacity of the campus.

Before you move, please complete a Change of Campus Form on our digital form platform on our website or download the  Change of Campus form and send it to: [email protected] for review.

You can apply for deferment by filling out the Deferment form on our digital form platform on our website or download the form from our website together with evidence of compassionate and compelling circumstances to [email protected] for review.

If you have valid grounds for release as per the Overseas Student Transfer Policy and Procedure, you can apply by filling out the Request for Release and sending it together with your new Letter of Offer to [email protected] for review.

If you are considering withdrawal due to a change of circumstances or issues with the course content, we highly recommend getting in touch with your friendly Course Coordinator or the Student Support team https://brooklyn.edu.au/student-services/ about the range of support services available.

If you have decided to go ahead with withdrawal after the consultations, please fill out and submit the Withdrawal form and send it to [email protected] for review.

If you have not yet been issued a soft copy from the Certificates team, please kindly contact your Academic Faculty or Course Coordinator to review your progress and certificate eligibility.

Please be kindly advised that all fees need to be paid before a certificate can be issued.

If you have already received the soft copy from the Certificates team, please email [email protected] to arrange the hard copy pick-up at your closest campus.

Our 2025 Graduation Ceremonies have now concluded.

 
Our next graduation ceremonies will be held in the second half of 2026. The following dates have been tentatively booked:
 

·   Melbourne: Wednesday, 2 September 2026

·   Brisbane: Wednesday, 16 September 2026

·   Hobart:  Thursday, 24 September 2026

·   Sydney:  Thursday, 8 October 2026

 
These dates will be confirmed early 2026, and invitations will be sent to all eligible students. Finalised dates and locations will also be announced on our social media platforms.
